RS 3 Mini has an innovative design that includes a smaller construction, an integrated battery and the ability to shoot in portrait. The compact and portable body fits easily into a shoulder bag, allowing you to carry it with ease. In use, the RS 3 Mini is about half the size of the RS 3 Pro, making it more suitable for longer use.

The RS 3 Mini weighs just 795g in portrait mode, which is around 50% less than the RS 3 Pro and 40% less than the RS 3. When shooting horizontally, it weighs just 850g. Thanks to the concentrated center of balance, it is more stable and ergonomic when shooting in the hand.

New two-layer quick-release plate
The improved two-layer quick-release plate features a top plate with a curved positioning guide that allowed the camera to rotate and release.
Thanks to the significant assembly and securing devices, the efficiency during launch and storage is further increased. It also follows the ARCA standard, which allows for easy tripod replacement.
Native vertical scanning
The RS series achieved a breakthrough in native vertical shooting with the RS 3 Mini model. Instantly switch to vertical shooting mode without additional accessories. Simply attach a standard quick-release plate to the gimbal's vertical arm and shoot content optimized for social media platforms.
Compared to the vertical modes of other gimbals, the angle of rotation of the RS 3 Mini gimbal in Native Vertical mode is significantly expanded. It even offers the same control experience as horizontal mode. It is also easy to shoot in Vertical mode, Suspension, Light and other operating modes.
NATO expansion port
The RS 3 Mini features a NATO port for the ability to install accessories such as Briefcase Handles, external fill lights and monitors, allowing for more configurations and greater flexibility.
Intuitive control
Shutter control via Bluetooth
The RS 3 Mini features the same Bluetooth control that first appeared on the RS 3 Pro. This feature supports common mirrorless models and allows the RS 3 Mini to automatically reconnect to the camera after the first pairing.
After pairing via Bluetooth, you can control the video recording function and download photos from the camera using the record button on the gimbal. When using a Sony camera with a supported digital lens, you can control the optical or digital zoom of the lens using the front controller, eliminating the need for a camera control cable.
Gimbal mode switch button
a single M button toggles between PF (roll tracking), PTF (roll and pitch tracking) and FPV modes. Photographers can also adjust the speed and other parameters of the RS 3 Mini on the touch screen, which makes shooting smoother and more intuitive.
1.4" color touch screen
The RS 3 Mini is equipped with a 1.4-inch color touch screen with a new user interface. You can adjust most of the functions without the application, and you have quick and intuitive access to common settings.
Focusing using the front selector
Like other cameras in the DJI RS series, the RS 3 Mini also has an ergonomic front dial that can be rotated to adjust focus, ISO, aperture, shutter and other parameters. With the front dial, you can control the movement of three axes so that you can work independently more efficiently.
Film for 10 hours
