For a small additional fee, DJI Care Refresh extended insurance (1-year plan) provides 2 replacement units for 1 year of service to cover accidental damage. Other exclusive services include international warranty service, VIP phone service, free two-way transport to and from the service center and more. This is a virtual code that we send by email after receiving and paying for the order.

Please note: If you purchase the DJI Care Refresh program separately for a previously purchased DJI product, the DJI Care Refresh program will be activated automatically within 24 hours. The service agreement will be sent to you by e-mail.
The DJI Care Refresh program only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels. You can use the international warranty service at any authorized DJI service center around the world after presenting proof of purchase and confirming the eligibility of the product.

Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
For the DJI RS 3, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is €45, while the second replacement fee is €55.
