DJI Care is a service plan that covers damage to your DJI product. This plan is valid for 12 months, during which you can use up to two complete product exchanges for an additional fee if it has been damaged in an accident or normal use.
Detailed description
DJI Care Refresh is a paid service that offers an extended warranty against accidental product damage, valid for 12 months and offering up to two full replacements at an additional cost if your model is accidentally damaged during normal use. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or of equivalent quality to the existing unit in terms of performance and reliability.
Note: DJI Care Refresh can only be activated within 48 hours of activating the drone.

Details
The duration of DJI Care Refresh is 24 months from activation, after this period Care Refresh cannot be extended for this product.
DJI Care Refresh is tied to a specific model S/N number.
When using DJI Care Refresh, the replacement fee is EUR 99
If the drone flies away, the fee for a new piece is EUR 359
